Customer Care At Gopher Books Inc, we are always striving to provide you with the best experience in books. All books are new and are inspected before shipment. If there is ever a problem with a shipment, please contact us.

The Policy Regarding Book Returns:

  • All books must be in "good as new" re-saleable condition
  • Prior authorization required - E-Mail for Authorization
  • Shipping must be pre-paid
  • Eligible return time period - 60 days from date of invoice
  • 15% Re-stocking charge
  • Credit to be applied to future purchases
